Tower Surgical Partners (TSP) is an independent ASC management company specializing in promoting and developing new procedural technology (NPT) in the ambulatory surgery market. NPT is the application of unique techniques and procedures that allow a shift of Major surgical cases from the hospital to the ASC in currently undeveloped service lines.
TSP currently owns and operates two facilities in Maryland, and one in the NY/NJ market. The company plans additional facilities in various locations throughout the US to advance access to major surgery procedures in the ambulatory surgical center setting.

Innovations Surgery Center (ISC) in Rockville, MD is a one OR one PR facility expandable to a 2 OR/2PR facility covering 13,000 sq feet. Innovations is located directly off the Capital Beltway, 30 minutes both to downtown Fairfax VA and Washington DC.
Innovations is fully owned by TSP, and is planning an expansion in the next year.
Secaucus, NJ
The Center for Modern Surgery (CMS) in Secaucus NJ is a “grandfathered” 2 OR surgical facility with expansion capabilities to 15,000 sq feet. CMS is 30 minutes to NYC, and only 20 minutes to all major facilities in Northern NJ.
CMS is fully owned by TSP with expansion capabilities possible.
